Shipping policy

  1. Processing and Handling 
    Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
    Exceptions: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping charges include processing and handling fees
  2. Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
    Standard Shipping:
    Delivery Time: 2–5 business days 
    Cost is estimated at checkout
    Free Shipping:
    Condition: Free on all orders over $150 within the U.S. 
    Delivery Time: 6–10 business days
  3. Order Tracking 
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
    The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  4. Damages and Lost Packages
    If your order is damaged or lost in transit, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  5. Other Important Information
    P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
